Market analysis, positioning and business proposal for a podcast platform branded Sony Music Italy.

Aim of the course and of the project was getting familiar with the Business Strategy frameworks (e.g. SWOT, PESTLE), Marketing Analysis tools and the Lean Startup Approach to develop a new Business Model. 

The final deliverable for the course was a Business Plan presented to Sony Music Italy, proposing a podcast platform with particular focus on podcasters considered potential new talents.​​​​​​​
